Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions through secure video chat platforms.

• Utilizing solution-focused treatment methodologies tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that effectively address the mental health concerns of your clients.

• Facilitating client insight into their experiences, emotions, and relationships to promote self-awareness and personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be supporting low acuity adults who present with a range of mental health needs. Qualifications\n

To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license that allows for independent practice (i.e., LMFT, LICSW, LMHC). Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• No history of disciplinary actions.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a compassionate and understanding demeanor.

• Proficiency in computer literacy and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
\n
• Access to a computer with webcam and audio capabilities for video counseling sessions.

• A reliable internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted sessions.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate experience in providing mental health counseling services in a clinical setting.
