Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health, tailoring treatment plans to their unique needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to clients across the lifespan, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

• Facilitate couples therapy to assist partners in improving communication, resolving conflicts, and rebuilding intimacy in their relationships.

• Regularly review, adjust, and enhance treatment plans based on client progress, ensuring alignment with their evolving goals.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, including treatment plans, progress notes, and case histories.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care, leveraging the expertise of other healthcare professionals as needed.

• Expertly navigate crisis situations, providing support and intervention for clients in acute distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied client base, including teens, adults, and couples facing a range of mental health issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present unique challenges, allowing you to utilize both your therapeutic skills and empathetic approach. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Tennessee is mandatory.

• Experience providing individual and/or couples therapy is essential.
