Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families dealing with various challenges, including relationship issues, mental health disorders, and life transitions.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy, to facilitate effective discussions and promote healing.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in compliance with state regulations and ensure effective communication with clients regarding their progress.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary and collaborate with community resources to assist clients in acute distress.

• Participate actively in supervision and peer consultation meetings, sharing insights and learning from other professionals to continually enhance your practice.

• Offer psychoeducation to clients and families, empowering them with tools to manage mental health challenges and improve communication and relationship dynamics.

• Support ongoing development of our therapeutic programs by providing feedback based on client interactions and outcomes.

Qualifications\n
