Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess clients’ mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans in compliance with company policies.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, balancing various modalities including individual, family, and group therapy.

• Document each therapy session meticulously, including updates to treatment plans, diagnostic evaluations, and case notes, ensuring adherence to our clinic's documentation standards.

• Deliver exceptional service to clients, actively collaborating with our dedicated team to enhance community mental health resources.

• Utilize innovative and evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to meet each client's unique goals and challenges.

• Coordinate care with other professionals such as case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff to provide comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will predominantly involve working with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. You will help clients navigate complex emotional and relational dynamics, providing essential guidance and support to promote healing and growth. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (or related field) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 annually, with an additional sign-on bonus of $3,000! Our compensation plan is customizable and may include performance-based commissions on claims. Benefits include:
