Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, providing a flexible working environment that supports work-life balance. While working from home, you will have access to a collaborative virtual team and resources that facilitate effective treatment. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a structured and predictable work schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, focusing on intensity, frequency, and duration to inform treatment planning.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address clients' issues.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, fostering understanding and empowerment.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and responsive care.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, holistic care for clients.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mood disorders to enhance therapeutic practices and client interventions.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards to protect client information.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to continuously improve clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will primarily work with clients facing various mood disorders, such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Your role will involve addressing the complexities of their experiences, ensuring that each client feels understood and supported as they navigate their mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
