Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions via telehealth methods. While you will have the flexibility of working from home, you will be connected to our outpatient office, where collaboration, supervision, and best practices are fostered among peers. The work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., affording a balanced lifestyle while delivering essential mental health support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity and frequency of mood disorder symptoms in clients, ensuring a personalized treatment approach.

• Develop collaborative and individualized treatment plans that align with client goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide psychoeducation and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, facilitating understanding of treatment options and self-care practices.
