Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and maintain detailed documentation, including ongoing treatment plan reviews and case notes, in accordance with company policies.

• Manage a case load of 25 to 30 client visits each week, ensuring timely and consistent care for each individual.
\n
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients during sessions, fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship while addressing their unique mental health needs.

• Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic interventions to help clients exceed their personal and therapeutic goals.
\n
• Prepare session documentation, including clinical notes and treatment goals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry and organizational standards.

• Collaborate and coordinate with additional services, such as case managers, family members, and educators, to create comprehensive care plans for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families, each presenting unique challenges and requiring individualized approaches. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.

• Demonstrated understanding of family therapy modalities, clinical documentation, and community resources.

• Experience in creating and managing treatment plans, conducting diagnosis assessments, and maintaining clinical case notes is essential.

• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.

• Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n
