Key Responsibilities\n

The ideal candidate will primarily serve adults who experience co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Florida.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapies suitable for co-occurring disorders, including Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• A strong grasp of the interplay between mental health and substance use disorders, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills needed to engage and collaborate effectively.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in providing therapy or counseling services to individuals with co-occurring disorders.
