Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of clients to determine mental health diagnoses and create individualized treatment plans.

• Maintaining a manageable caseload of 25-30 clients per week, ensuring you provide personalized therapy sessions that encompass individual, family, and group settings.

• Documenting session details meticulously, including diagnosis updates, treatment plan adjustments, and case notes in compliance with company policy.

• Engaging with clients using creative intervention strategies that foster goal achievement and emotional growth.

• Facilitating communication and collaboration with case managers, schools, and medical personnel to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on a diverse patient population, encompassing children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, applicants must have:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
