Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, ensuring the most accurate diagnosis possible.

• Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans, addressing their unique requirements, personal goals, and preferences, thereby facilitating a tailored therapeutic approach.

• Utilize evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively address client concerns.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders to foster understanding and empower them to engage in their treatment processes. Provide resources on self-care practices to aid in coping.

• Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients actively, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
