Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate client symptoms, including the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorders, to inform treatment decisions.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ specific goals and therapeutic needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, specifically Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to guide client sessions.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders and available treatment options, empowering them with effective self-care strategies.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Foster effective collaboration by working closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals for integrated client care.

• Stay updated with current research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to enhance service delivery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to promote collaborative support among peers.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
