Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients to explore their emotional and psychological needs.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions, working with partners to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships.

• Engage families in therapy to address relationship dynamics and enhance overall family functioning.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals and therapeutic needs.

• Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based treatment for mental health disorders using recognized methodologies.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care, sharing vital information about client progress and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, family conflict, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, providing therapy to individuals and families.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to relate to clients compassionately and professionally.

• Demonstrated capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
