Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to establish mental health diagnoses and subsequently create, implement, and update personalized treatment plans in accordance with our company policies.

• Maintain an active caseload comprising 25-30 client visits per week, providing targeted interventions in both individual and group therapy settings.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients as you collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on eliminating barriers to care.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs to promote client growth and achievement of personal goals.

• Prepare and submit comprehensive documentation for each therapy session, including progress notes and treatment evaluations to meet compliance standards.

• Coordinate with case managers, families, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to care that addresses the complex needs of clients.

This position primarily focuses on providing therapeutic services to a diverse client base, which includes children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
