Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to ascertain mental health diagnoses to form a foundation for tailored treatment plans.

• Create, implement, and regularly review dynamic treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of patient progress, documenting each step according to company guidelines.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 client visits weekly, ensuring consistent and timely communication with clients and team members.

• Provide exemplary customer service, listening to and addressing client needs, while also collaborating with colleagues to identify and fill community resource gaps.

• Employ innovative therapeutic techniques and interventions that empower clients, helping them to achieve and surpass their personal and therapeutic goals.

• Prepare comprehensive documentation for each session, including clinical notes and case reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Work seamlessly with a network of professionals, including case managers, medical staff, and family members to coordinate holistic care.

Qualifications\n
