Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, needs, and therapeutic goals, fostering a client-centered approach to care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methodologies, ensuring that each client's unique circumstances and strengths are recognized.

• Facilitate ongoing individual and group therapy sessions addressing a wide variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and major life transitions.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to deliver integrated care for our clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation that reflects client progress and adheres to ethical standards, ensuring compliance with legal responsibilities and organizational protocols.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, with opportunities for performance bonuses.
