Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will engage in a variety of tasks designed to support your clients throughout their therapeutic journeys:

• Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to gather comprehensive information about clients’ mental health and substance abuse histories.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client’s needs.
\n
• Maintain meticulous clinical records that comply with local and federal regulations while documenting treatment progress accurately.

• Educate clients and their families on the recovery process and the importance of their involvement, enabling them to play an active role in their healing.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure the delivery of integrated care that addresses the holistic needs of every client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse group of pre-screened, stable clients who experience low acuity mental health challenges. Our clientele often includes adolescents and young adults who require guidance and therapeutic support to navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Your compassionate approach and specialized knowledge will help empower these individuals to achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
\n
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in providing telehealth services to adolescent and young adult populations.
\n
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience utilizing electronic health records systems (EHRs) and proficiency in using Google Suite.

• A willingness to engage in ongoing training related to our evidenced-based care pathways, enhancing therapeutic practices.

• Familiarity with the local community resources available to clients in Yakima and surrounding regions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
