Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, offering flexibility to work from the comfort of your home. Our outpatient office serves a diverse group of clients, enabling therapists to connect and deliver impactful services across various settings. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, in a supportive and collegial atmosphere. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a well-rounded work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mood disorder symptoms, assessing their intensity, frequency, and duration to inform treatment strategies.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapy modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring interventions as necessary.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders and self-care practices to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Monitor and document client progress, making timely adjustments to treatment plans to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Engage in collaborative care processes with psychiatrists and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment.

Qualifications\n
