Work Environment\n

In this role, you will operate in a fully remote setup, allowing for flexible work-life integration while maintaining a strong connection with our multidisciplinary care team. Our outpatient office model ensures that you have the necessary support and resources at your disposal, including regular case consultations, collaborative treatment planning, and continuous education opportunities. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., fostering a balanced professional life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborate with clients to tailor individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address client issues.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies.

• Continuously monitor client progress, documenting therapy sessions, and adjusting treatment plans as needed.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care.

• Stay updated with the latest research in mood disorders to enhance treatment approaches and interventions.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in adherence to legal and ethical standards.
