Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions adapted to meet the specific needs of assigned clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Document client interactions thoroughly and in a timely manner, ensuring that all progress notes, treatment plans, and biopsychosocial assessments are completed in accordance with clinic policies.

• Develop and implement personalized aftercare plans that equip clients for continued success following discharge, focusing on ongoing support and resources.

• Maintain consistent communication with families, referring clinicians, and other service providers to ensure a seamless continuity of care, actively discussing client progress and adjustments to treatment plans.

• Adhere to all company documentation standards, including timely responses to assessments and patient follow-ups to maintain compliance and enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a clinical setting or medical environment.

• Strong understanding of maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality in clinical relationships.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n
