Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing for flexible working arrangements that facilitate work-life balance. While clinicians work individually with their clients, they are part of a cohesive, supportive team environment that fosters collaboration and professional growth. The full-time work schedule operates from Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing structured hours while allowing clinicians to maintain their own scheduling preferences.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine mental health diagnoses, formulate and implement tailored treatment plans, and ensure meticulous documentation, including ongoing case notes and treatment reviews, in accordance with our company’s operational policies.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, utilizing your clinical skills to provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, both in-person and via telehealth.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to client concerns and collaborating within a dynamic team to fulfill our organizational mission of bridging mental health service gaps in the community.

• Employ creative interventions and therapeutic techniques to empower clients in achieving and surpassing their personal goals and objectives.

• Communicate effectively with case managers, families, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure a holistic approach to each client’s treatment journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, encompassing children, adolescents, couples, and families from various backgrounds and with differing mental health needs. Ideal candidates will be comfortable and skilled in addressing a wide range of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and behavioral concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Candidates must possess an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Expertise in family therapy principles and community resources is essential, along with experience in mental health documentation processes.

• Proficiency in completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes is required.
\n
• Experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families is necessary.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundaries.

• Familiarity with culturally diverse populations is highly desirable.

• Candidates must pass a background check as a part of the application process.

• The annual salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 90,000 and 110,000, based on qualifications and experience.
