Crossroad Behavioral Health Services is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time capacity. This position is primarily remote, offering therapists the flexibility to provide compassionate care from the comfort of their own space, with occasional in-person support needed at our outpatient office in Goodyear, Arizona. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Crossroad Behavioral Health Services, you will:

• Conduct therapeutic assessments and provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
\n
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on assessment findings, targeting the specific needs and goals of each client.
\n
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress using Electronic Health Record (EHR) software, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Participate in regular supervision and case consultation meetings with colleagues to enhance clinical skills and treatment outcomes.
\n
• Engage in community outreach programs to promote mental health awareness and the services offered by Crossroad Behavioral Health Services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Emphasizing culturally sensitive practices, you will address various mental health issues ranging from trauma, anxiety, and depression to relationship dynamics and life transitions. Your work will significantly contribute to the emotional well-being of individuals from Hispanic and other multicultural backgrounds, ensuring that they feel understood and supported in their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• A valid and active LMFT license with no restrictions.
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide therapy in both English and Spanish.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health setting.
\n
• Respect and sensitivity to individual family customs and cultural needs.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients and collaborate with a diverse team.
\n
• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
\n
• Experience in specialized areas, such as trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, grief and loss, or perinatal mental health, is highly desirable.
\n
• Willingness and capability to be an in-network provider for at least one insurance panel.
\n
• Current driver’s license and auto insurance are required, with a commitment to maintain consistent and punctual attendance, including evening and weekend availability.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing both telehealth and in-person sessions.
\n
• Previous training in HIPAA regulations and a commitment to confidentiality and ethical treatment practices.
\n
• A strong motivation to continuously learn and develop short-term therapy skills.
\n
• Ability to use EHR software efficiently, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other digital communication tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 105,000 per year , in addition to potential bonuses.
