Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients, addressing their specific needs and goals.

• Lead therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and approaches.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Facilitate communication and conflict resolution among family members, helping to navigate issues such as grief, separation, and adjustment challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, client interactions, and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Refer clients to other specialists or resources as needed and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of issues, including but not limited to:

• Behavioral and emotional challenges stemming from physical or psychological abuse
\n
• Grief and loss issues
\n
• Interpersonal conflicts among family members

• Life transitions such as separation, divorce, and adjustment to new family dynamics

• Job-related stress and mental health concerns

Qualifications\n

\n
• Must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania with an active state license.
\n
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families.
\n
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
\n
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for mental health advocacy.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in family therapy and counseling.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
