Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work hours and location. You will have the independence to manage your caseload, with options to engage in 10-30 billable hours per week. We support our therapists by handling all administrative tasks, allowing you to focus exclusively on providing therapeutic services. Although the clinical work is conducted via telehealth, we encourage staff to connect through virtual meetings and occasional in-person consultations for professional development and case discussions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations using the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), under appropriate supervision.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments and diagnostic information, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices.
\n
• Provide short-term psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups facing mental health challenges, dual diagnosis, and other associated disorders.
\n
• Utilize varied therapeutic modalities, including crisis intervention, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and supportive therapy, to meet client needs.
\n
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary to optimize client outcomes.
\n
• Document all clinical services in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client records.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to coordinate care and participate in case consultations.
\n
• Act as a consultant and resource for team members, sharing insight on complex cases and promoting best practices in clinical care.

Our clients encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid LMFT licensure in New Jersey or possess a Psy.D to practice independently.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing psychotherapy services to clients.

• Proficient in the use of telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Professional experience in a community health setting or a similar healthcare environment.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

• Experience working with dual-diagnosed clients and in crisis intervention settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
