Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address the varied needs of clients.

• Perform thorough initial assessments and continuing evaluations to track client progress and therapeutic outcomes.

• Craft individualized treatment plans that include measurable goals and follow-up strategies, adjusting as necessary based on client feedback and progress.

• Engage in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team process, contributing your insights to enhance the holistic treatment plan for each client.

The ideal candidate will work closely with a diverse clientele, including families, couples, and individuals facing challenges related to substance abuse and various mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current, active California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) without any restrictions.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience, particularly in an outpatient setting, with demonstrated ability to lead therapeutic processes effectively.

• Proficiency in therapeutic techniques and a strong commitment to professional ethical standards and confidentiality.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of fostering strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience or training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is between USD 120,000 and 130,000 annually.
