You will primarily work from a remote setting, which provides the flexibility to structure your schedule to support your personal and professional life. This hybrid model allows you to conduct therapy sessions through telemedicine while also offering the option for in-person consultations when preferred.

Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Phoenix Rise Counseling, your expertise will be critical in guiding clients through various mental health challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to understand the dynamics of family relationships and identify specific needs.
\n
• Providing individual and couples therapy, with an emphasis on family involvement to ensure comprehensive support.
\n
• Addressing a variety of issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, family conflict, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Designing tailored treatment plans and facilitating therapeutic activities that enhance family dynamics and relationships.
\n
• Regularly evaluating patient progress and adjusting treatment strategies accordingly to maximize effectiveness.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers within the organization to ensure holistic care for patients.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will center on working with a diverse clientele, including couples, families, and youth. You will address a wide range of issues such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse challenges.
\n
• Emotional difficulties stemming from grief and loss.
\n
• Conflicts within families and among siblings.
\n
• Psychological issues related to medical problems.
\n
• Adjustments to life changes such as divorce and blended family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate should meet the following qualifications:

• Must hold an active and unrestricted state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field is required.
