Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health status, utilizing the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) guidelines.

• Provide high-quality individual and group psychotherapy, employing evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs, including crisis intervention, brief therapy, skills training, and family therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of licensed psychologists and other health professionals to ensure cohesive treatment plans and care coordination.
\n
• Participate in collaborative consultations to support assessments, treatment planning, and decision-making regarding clients’ care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, prepare reports, and liaise with other relevant parties (with client consent) such as schools or community resources.

• Act as a trusted consultant to other team members, guiding treatment strategies and clinical best practices.

• Participate in regular clinical team meetings to review challenging cases and quality assurance concerns.
