Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing positive rapport and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries at all times.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to track their progress, discuss any concerns, and set goals for future sessions, ensuring each client's needs are being met effectively.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and objectives, continuously adjusting as needed.

• Document all client interactions and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to organizational and legal requirements.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate new clients' mental health needs and ensure proper matching with treatment resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this role will be on an outpatient population that includes a diverse array of individuals facing mental health challenges. You will work collaboratively with adults, children, and families, developing tailored approaches to meet their unique needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
