Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies for each client.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy supported by evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Foster therapeutic relationships with clients, encouraging openness and trust to facilitate effective treatment.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to enhance collaborative care and professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and other mental health challenges. Our clinic serves many clients who may face barriers to accessing traditional forms of mental health care, making your role especially vital in delivering compassionate support and effective interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is essential.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience is required, ideally in a clinical setting.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse therapy is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and availability. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will receive ample client referrals to help build your caseload.
