Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized therapeutic strategies for clients, ensuring that interventions are tailored to individual needs.

• Deliver a variety of therapeutic services, including but not limited to, individual, group, couples, and family therapy, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Document clinical progress diligently, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case consultations and treatment planning to ensure comprehensive care for each client.

• Engage in continuous learning and professional development by attending workshops and reviewing current research in the mental health field to enhance therapeutic techniques.
