Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Crossbend Behavioral Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive patient intakes, focusing on diagnostic and functional evaluations to recommend treatment goals collaboratively with primary care providers.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to provide brief, focused interventions tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Work closely with primary care providers, helping to identify mental health and psychosocial issues among patients, facilitating referrals as necessary.

• Monitor patient progress and initiate follow-ups to assess treatment efficacy, making adjustments as appropriate to maintain optimal care.

• Assist patients in relapse prevention planning and stable functioning, identifying and addressing “at-risk” patients through proactive strategies.

• Engage with community resources to enhance patient support systems, while documenting patient progress in accordance with treatment protocols.

• Advise and educate patients on self-management skills, empowering them to take an active role in their treatment and recovery journey.

• Consult with clinic management and participate in program evaluation to enhance behavioral health services.

• Stay abreast of relevant industry standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance and quality throughout all interactions.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must hold:

• A minimum Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field.

• A valid and current LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license in Texas.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 87,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
