Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient intakes, focusing on diagnostic assessments and functional evaluations to establish treatment goals and recommendations.

• Provide brief, targeted therapeutic interventions for patients requiring mental health support, ensuring adherence to established Agency and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) guidelines.

• Assist primary care providers in recognizing, treating, and managing various mental health and psychosocial issues.

• Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups, adapting treatment plans as necessary in collaboration with primary care providers.

• Develop relapse prevention strategies and provide resources to help patients maintain stable functioning.
\n
• Document all patient interactions meticulously, ensuring that progress notes, treatment plans, and diagnostic information are accurate and up-to-date.

• Educate patients on self-management skills and healthy lifestyle choices, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery journey.

• Work alongside clinic management and team members to evaluate behavioral services and improve patient outcomes.

• Adhere to the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals at all times.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned to support clinic operations and patient care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 87,000 to USD 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, Crossbend Behavioral Center offers a sign-on bonus to incentivize successful candidates.
