Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group therapy sessions that encourage clients to connect, share experiences, and support one another in a safe environment.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized therapy that allows clients to explore their thoughts and feelings in depth, helping them develop effective coping strategies and tailored action plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that are both goal-oriented and sensitive to each client’s unique needs.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize a variety of assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to track client progress and outcomes, ensuring continuous improvement in their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• Educational Background: A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Licensure: Must possess a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
