This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while maintaining the structure of an outpatient office. You will collaborate closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals and receive guidance from the Assistant Director, ensuring a supportive framework as you navigate client care. Your work hours will follow a standard Monday to Friday schedule, with no evening or weekend obligations, providing you with a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments with clients to identify their goals, preferences, and available treatment options.

• Develop individualized rehabilitation plans, taking into consideration clients' educational backgrounds, aptitudes, physical capabilities, and future employment objectives.

• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement effective rehabilitation programs that cater to clients’ unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and confidential case files and documentation, ensuring a clear record of clients' personal information, eligibility, insurance details, services rendered, and progress notes.
\n
• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual needs; proactive engagement is essential for achieving successful outcomes.

• Maintain regular contact with clients during their participation in job training and occupational placement programs, addressing any challenges that may arise.
\n
• Engage with the families and support networks of clients to explore additional resources and support systems that can enhance the rehabilitation process.

• Timely report writing and analysis of client needs to ensure that care strategies are aligned with the most effective practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field is mandatory for this position.

• Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure is required to practice in this role.

• Proven experience working in mental health treatment settings, preferably with clients experiencing various mental health or mood disorders.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy.
