Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations through detailed discussions with clients to identify their mental health challenges and create tailored treatment plans that acknowledge their unique life experiences and aspirations.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques designed to encourage personal growth, emotional healing, and effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with clients to establish and track therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, understanding that some clients may require virtual support due to mobility issues or personal circumstances, ensuring continuity of care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies, thereby enhancing treatment effectiveness and accountability.

This role primarily involves working with a diverse group of clients facing a wide array of challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and addiction. Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
