Key Responsibilities\n

• Clinical Assessments: Conduct thorough clinical intakes and assessments to tailor treatment plans that address each client's unique needs.

• Documentation: Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation within our user-friendly Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring all client interactions are accurately recorded.

You will work specifically with underserved communities that may include clients from BIPOC and LGBTQ+ backgrounds, as well as individuals dealing with trauma, chronic illness, and varying mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license issued by the state of California.
