Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, challenges, and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's needs.

• Implement treatment methods including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, all aimed at promoting client healing and resilience.

• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and objectives while making necessary adjustments as client progress is monitored.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care and facilitate comprehensive treatment plans.

• Engage in crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning as needed to ensure clients’ immediate safety and well-being.

• Maintain precise documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards to ensure compliance and effectiveness in treatment.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering a sense of community among clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
