Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct extensive psychosocial assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and resources.

• Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, implementing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop and implement comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that create safe spaces for sharing and healing.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

• Deliver crisis intervention support, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans for clients in acute distress.

Qualifications\n
