Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy sessions, including individual, couples, and family therapy, in an outpatient setting focused on holistic healing.

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to inform individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique background and challenges.

• Document clinical interactions and treatment progress following established legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

• Coordinate care and collaborate with medical providers, case managers, and community partners to enhance client support networks.
\n
• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing insights during case discussions and receiving supervision as needed.

• Maintain an efficient and active caseload based on your areas of expertise and availability, ensuring that you are meeting your professional goals and the needs of your clients.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active LCSW license in the state of Arizona (LMSW is not acceptable for this role).
\n
• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
\n
• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, with a preference for service in outpatient settings.
\n
• Exhibit strong ethical standards and clinical judgment in all aspects of practice.
\n
• Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout clinical practice.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and telehealth platforms; training will be provided as needed.

Preferred Experience\n

• Bilingual abilities are highly valued and can enhance your effectiveness in serving our client base.

• Certifications in trauma-informed care or experience working with specific populations such as children, veterans, or underserved communities are desirable.

• Prior experience with telehealth services is beneficial, although training will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive compensation ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, with options for both W-2 and 1099 employment. Along with a comprehensive benefits package, you'll also have the flexibility to set your own schedule and manage your client load, whether you prefer part-time or full-time hours.
