This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work while supporting clients in our Community Health Clinic located in Phoenix, Arizona. Work Environment\n

This position adheres to a traditional Monday to Friday schedule, with work hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Occasionally, you may need to work evenings or weekends depending on the needs and availability of your clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide ongoing therapeutic support to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental and emotional illnesses.

• Work both in-office and within the community to build strong relationships with clients, facilitating their engagement in therapeutic processes.

• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve common therapeutic goals, ensuring integrated care and shared understanding across disciplines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients who present a spectrum of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and severe emotional disturbances. Our clients often face additional barriers, including socioeconomic challenges, which may complicate their mental health journey. This role is integral to empowering clients through choice, skill development, and comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work is required; an LCSW license is essential for this role.
