Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, forming the foundation for effective treatment plans.

• Provide individual and family therapy as well as group therapy sessions using a range of evidence-based treatment modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and address their specific mental health needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments to maintain client safety and provide necessary support during challenging times.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress in adherence to ethical and legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
