Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, including strengths and coping resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that set measurable goals while actively engaging clients in their healing process.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and holistic care within the facility.

• Offer timely crisis intervention and comprehensive risk assessments to ensure client safety in high-stress situations.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
