Key Responsibilities\n

• Actively advocate for clients by helping them navigate community resources, social services, and support systems that enhance their well-being.

• Provide immediate assistance and crisis intervention for clients requiring urgent support, ensuring their safety and stability.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, progress notes, and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and other professionals to deliver integrated, holistic care for our clients.

• Educate clients on coping strategies, effective communication techniques, and self-care practices to empower them in managing their mental health proactively.

• Participate in community outreach efforts, working to build networks and partnerships that enhance referral resources for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including individuals grappling with various mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. Building rapport and establishing trust with clients will be essential in promoting engagement and facilitating effective therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field; a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in clinical social work or a related field.

• Proven experience in an outpatient mental health setting is strongly preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills conducive to establishing rapport with clients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

• Commitment to ethical and confidential therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
