Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy to clients through one-on-one sessions, family therapy, and group sessions grounded in evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Implement various therapeutic approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, tailored to meet the diverse needs of your clients.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and execute coordinated treatment plans.

• Conduct crisis interventions, comprehensive risk assessments, and safety planning as required to ensure client well-being.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes meticulously, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
