Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather insightful information related to clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources in order to inform the treatment process.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment methodologies suited to the unique needs of each client.

• Implement diverse therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, ensuring clients receive the best therapeutic interventions for their situations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop and coordinate comprehensive client-centered treatment plans.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and safety planning when needed, particularly during acute phases of a client's mental health condition.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations and insurance requirements.
