This position is 100% remote, utilizing telehealth platforms to ensure that our patients can receive quality mental health care from the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) as a key tool for diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans that account for cultural diversity and the specific needs of the client population.

• Regularly evaluate patient progress, employing evidence-based interventions to address the evolving needs associated with their mental health diagnoses.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, treatment records, and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and department protocols.

• Foster collaboration with patients and stakeholders, establishing comprehensive treatment objectives and discussed outcomes to empower and engage clients in their treatment journey.

• Serve as a primary contact for referrals, coordinating with external services and resources to establish an effective support network for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
