Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and evaluations of clients' mental health using evidence-based tools and frameworks, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

  Develop individualized care plans that consider cultural diversity and specific needs of the patient population, continuously evaluating the effectiveness of these plans and making necessary adjustments.

  Maintain up-to-date and accurate treatment records, reports, and clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and department policies.

  Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans that set tangible goals and desired outcomes.

  Implement intervention strategies and therapeutic techniques to support mental health diagnoses, while promoting patient safety and symptom management.

  Facilitate referrals and coordinate care with other healthcare providers and community resources to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be engaged with a diverse clientele ranging from children to adults, encompassing a wide spectrum of mental health concerns. Our patient population includes individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues.   A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
