Key Responsibilities\n

• Execute duty to warn and mandated reporting processes as required by law, ensuring client safety and adherence to legal obligations.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to devise comprehensive treatment plans that address both psychological and physical health needs.
\n
• Regularly monitor client progress through follow-up sessions, adjusting treatment plans based on client feedback and treatment effectiveness.
\n
• Collect and analyze clinical data related to client outcomes, utilizing this information to enhance service delivery and therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

• Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and treatment modalities in mental health therapy, continually improving therapy techniques and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse patient population with varying backgrounds, cultures, and mental health needs. The LCSW will engage with clients across the lifespan, addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
