Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the unique needs of each child and family.

• Collaborate with families to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), utilizing evidence-based practices to set achievable goals.

• Monitor progress and outcomes as an active team member, engaging with educators and healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.
\n
• Offer support and guidance to families, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to enhance their child's development.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all Federal and State regulations, ensuring the health and safety of both staff and clients.
\n
• Utilize the coaching model to foster a natural learning environment that supports growth and engagement.
\n
• Provide timely and organized documentation of services provided and outcomes achieved.
\n
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for families involved in early intervention programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on young children, including infants and toddlers, who may have disabilities or developmental delays. You will work closely with families, emphasizing the importance of early intervention strategies that cater to the child's physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Your expertise will assist in navigating the complex systems of care necessary for optimal child development.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work with current licensure to practice as an LCSW in Colorado.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, specifically working with children and families in an early intervention setting.

• Competence in employing diverse learning methodologies tailored to children's individual needs.

• Commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices and family-centered approaches.
\n
• Bilingual capabilities are highly encouraged to better serve our diverse client community.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a caseload and documentation requirements.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with families and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
