The Post Traumatic Mental Therapist Clinic is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our virtual team as a full-time practitioner. Work Environment\n

This position is remote, offering the flexibility of working from home while serving clients via telehealth. Our operational hours are 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexible arrangements available. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting therapeutic sessions via telehealth for individuals, groups, couples, and families suffering from various psychological disparities.
\n
• Performing initial assessments and detailed interviews to gather comprehensive social, personal, environmental, and health-related client information.
\n
• Developing customized treatment plans to address clients' unique emotional and social needs, modifying these plans based on client responses and progress.
\n
• Facilitating and managing cases that involve cognitive, emotional, and behavioral health issues, including crisis intervention and community resource referral.
\n
• Creating a trusting therapeutic environment where clients feel respected and understood.
\n
• Monitoring treatment effectiveness and making adjustments as necessary to improve client outcomes.
\n
• Documenting all assessments, interventions, and client progress in accordance with clinic protocols and maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Maintaining an organized caseload and ensuring that documentation accurately reflects the services provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individuals coping with post-traumatic stress and substance dependency issues. Clients may also include those facing challenges associated with mood disorders, depression, grief, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Colorado is required.
\n
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing counseling for behavioral health concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance dependency.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is a plus, as well as familiarity with digital health platforms.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 – $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a robust compensation package, we offer the following benefits:
