Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of client mental health needs, including both telehealth and in-person service delivery as appropriate.

• Providing behavioral health interventions to individuals and groups, helping them navigate their emotional and psychological challenges.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client services using our electronic health records (EHR) and practice management system.

• Collaborating with educational staff and external stakeholders to support the holistic well-being of students.

• Staying updated on best practices and engaging in continuing education activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged clients, addressing a variety of mental health concerns. This may include anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and social-emotional development, ensuring that every child receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve clarity and emotional resilience, guiding them to unlock their potential.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid LCSW license, or its equivalent.
\n
• Demonstrated clinical skills reflecting a high level of professionalism and ethical practice.

• Knowledge of the DSM V diagnostic criteria and ability to formulate detailed clinical assessments.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, allowing for effective interactions with clients, families, and team members.

• Strong organizational skills, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling and progress note documentation.
\n
• Capacity to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a remote team framework.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences will give candidates a competitive edge:

• Advanced education (Master’s degree) in social work or related field.
\n
• Experience delivering telehealth services and familiarity with digital platforms such as Google G-suite and TheraNest.

• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Experience working within a school setting or with children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n
